1st Degree Possession 4 – 200 grams with Intent to Distribute reduced to 4th Degree Possession of less than one gram — Client facing 5-Life after being arrested as the sole occupant of apartment during search warrant execution where police found 68 grams Cocaine, scales and baggies. Client received Deferred Adjudication Probation on Possession less than 1 gram.
